    PROCEM is an eugenol-free cement as paste/paste-system for temporary fixing of crowns, bridges etc. PROCEM remains elastic and can be easily removed.
    PROCEM is an eugenol-free easily to process cement. It does not influence the setting of resin based filling and luting materials. It is recommended to use Procem in case of allergies to eugenol.
    Procem contains calcium hydroxide and hydroxylapatite.

  • ZENITCEM / Self Ashesive Composite Luting Cement – Dual Cure

    Indications

    Permanent adhesive luting of indirect restorations (inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges, endodontic posts) made of nobel metal, non-noble metal, PFM | Zirconia, glass ceramic (crowns and bridges) | Fiber reinforced composite (endodontic posts).

    Charecteristics

    Application

    1. Remove the temporary restoration and carefully clean off any residual temporary luting cement from the cavity or prepared core. Rinse with a water spray. Dry using oil-free air, avoid over drying the dentine.
    2. Verify the accuracy of the fit of the  restoration.
    3. Then clean the restoration thoroughly and pretreat as follows:
    Etchable glass ceramic: 
    Etch the restoration with 5% hydrofluoricacid in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, rinse thoroughly using a water spray and dry using oil-free air, apply silane (e.g. SilanePrimer) in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
    Oxide ceramics, metal sand metal alloys:
    Pre-treat in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Unless otherwise stated, sand blast the inside of the restoration with aluminumoxide (< 50 μm), clean with alcohol, and dry with
    air that is free of oil and water.
    Fiber-reinforced root posts:
    Clean the root post with ethanol, dry with oil-freeair, and apply saline (e.g. Saline Primer) in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
